How Long Does It Take? What''s Your Turnaround? Can You Do Rush Orders?
We have a very tight turnaround on all our products. Our production time is typically 2 days from the time your artwork is approved to produce your banner. As soon as your banner is printed, we ship it same day, so depending on how you ship it and how far from Colorado you are will determine how long it it will take. The shortest turnaround we can do is 3 days if you overnight ship. The average turnaround to your door is around a week, outside of peak seasons (back to school, holidays). During the busy holiday season, typical turnaround is about 2 weeks to your door.

I Live In Colorado, Can I Pick Up My Banner?
Sorry, our production house is a closed facility and we don''t have customer pickup. The good news is that ground shipping will only take a day anyway, so it saves you a drive and you get it pretty fast anyway!

How do you handle returns?
We fully guarantee our banners from all manufacturers and production defects. We don''t however, guarantee any artwork related returns. We print the artwork as submitted, so please be careful in creating and submitting your art. All artwork does go through a quality inspection process first though to determine if the submitted art meets the necessary criteria. We''ll email you if there''s any technical problems with your art, aesthetics are, however, your concern. Shipping & Delivery

The exact amount is not known until the order is shipped. You can estimate the freight by going to UPS.com. Allow for up to two weeks from the time your order is processed with us until it is shipped to your destination. We are not responsible for delays or late deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. acts of nature) or mishandling by our 3rd party partners.

Ordering

Ordering is handled online via our website and secure server. You may add items at anytime however once an order has been submitted, items may not be added to the order. You may enter another order. Multiple orders will not ship together. Separate shipping will apply to multiple orders.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept all major credit cards, and debit cards from major institutions and credit unions. Cash is acceptable. For check purchases we will not put the order to manufacture until payment is processed so please allow a few extra days for this if paying via this method. Pricing is as listed on our website. Promotional prices, if any will be listed with the appropriate products until the promotions ends, in which case this website will reflect the termination of any promotions. Promotional prices are not valid unless listed at the time of purchase and during no time before or after.

Viewing Orders

You may view any active orders at any time by logging into your account. We also will update you during the order process through shipment via emails.
