What About Artwork For My Banner?
You can use any software to make your artwork, but we suggest Photoshop (or Photoshop Elements). You can check out our artwork specs page for PSD templates, format specs and an explanation video here.
Your artwork will be uploaded after you place your order, so don't worry if we don't ask for it before you place the order.
Shipping Policy
All banners are custom printed and shipped from our facility the next business day.
Production Timelines For Custom
For non-stocked and custom products, the average turnaround time is about 2 weeks from order date to delivery date.
Returns Policy
We offer a return policy of 7 days from the date of purchase for manufacturer defected products.
Defects
The vendors we use are the highest quality producers in the industry, so we have a very low rate of defective products. In the rare circumstance that a defective product is received, we fully stand by our products. We will ship out a replacement piece and a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the defective merchandise.
Misprints Due To Improper Artwork
All submitted artwork is human reviewed for print quality and formatting. We do not however, review the content of the artwork. We neither proofread nor censor, so whatever we receive, so long as it's technically acceptable, is what we print. Due to the subjective nature of the artwork we receive, customstagebanners.com does not accept liability or offer replacements for non-printing artwork errors. If you need replacements due to an artwork error or omission, a new order must be placed.
Can You Guys Fly?

...and Incinerate Villages With Your Wicked Heat Vision?
Yes.
Doesn't That Violate The Geneva Conventions?
It's not specifically covered by the Geneva Conventions, but we're going to go for the spirit of the law and assume it frowns on wicked heat vision being used against villagers... so we won't. Promise.
